Off ice Training

We at SA School of skating believe that regular off ice training in the form of structured plyometrics, strength, cardio and stretching is vitally important for the advancement in the sport of figure skating. We are internationally accredited and run a professional off-ice program that compliments our on ice lessons. We highly recommend including this in your training program to ensure proper strength for on ice techniques as well as reducing the risk of injury.

Pictures

Our SASS coaches will occasionally take pictures and video of our skaters performing on the ice to use on our website or promote achievements on our social platforms etc. Please chat to Susan, Lejeanne or Christel if you don't want to be included in the pictures.
