VET Teachers on Professional Experiences - Norway - Survey
An analysis recently conducted by Eurydice highlights how significant differences emerge between the member countries of the European Union with respect to the basic salaries of teachers but also to their career progression (https://www.uhr.se/globalassets/_uhr.se/internationellt/eurydike/2021-10-21-lararloner/teacher_salaries_2019_20_report.pdf)

Teachers then experience a series of situations that are often characterized as significant problems (for example lack of social consideration, stress, need to update their digital skills ...)

The European Centre for Women and Technology - ECWT based in Oslo, is as a partner of the Erasmus + ECoVEM  - European Centre of Vocational Excellence in Microelectronics project (620101-EPP-1-2020-1-BG-EPPKA3-VET-COVE 2020 – 2024) particularly sensitive to the issue and is collecting data at national level.

By answering this very short anonymous survey you will help us understand the professional and human experience of teachers of the education and vocational training system in Norway and bring your voice to political decision makers.

Thanks for collaboration.
