Having issues with technology in your classroom? Please complete the following form, so that any tech-related issues can be resolved promptly. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible. Submit one ticket per issue/device.

What is the device's District ID? This in on the barcoded sticker, usually on the back or bottom of the device.
What is the issue with this device? Provide a detailed description of the issue that you are having, including how long this issue ha been occurring. The more detail you provide, the better I will be able to assess the issue.
