Profugo's Field Fellow Application
Our Field Fellowship opportunity is a highly competitive program offered to recent
graduates or Masters Students. Field Fellows coordinate a specific project or program at
our Center of Development in India and get great hands-on experience by supporting
local staff on various initiatives. Our Fellowship program is 1 year in duration but longer
or shorter terms of service may be considered depending on the circumstances. In the
past, our Field Fellows are graduate students completing a field practicum or recent
college grads looking to do a year of service.

Letters of Recommendation
We would like you to attach two recommendation letters. This can be from an employer, academic institution, or even from a personal experience (non-profit, volunteer work, or church). However, please refrain from using recommendation letters from your family. You may choose to submit a recommendation from a Professor but we strongly advise you to avoid submitting both recommendations from academic institutions as we believe that different perspectives will make your application stronger.
