Studio Policy Reminders
We ask that you commit to specific classes each week. This is the ONLY way that we can run a studio at a small scale.

If you know you cannot attend each class in the session, then pay only for the classes you will attend.

If, during the session, you unexpectedly miss a class, then you may make it up at another class time during the session. Classes cannot be applied to another session.

Please note: the $12 or $14 class rate is offered to students who register for 2/3 of the classes in a session. Otherwise, the cost is $18 per class. For example, for Fridays at 8am, there are 14 weeks of classes. If you are deducting more than 4 classes, you will be asked to pay the drop in rate.

Payments for classes, workshops and special events will not be refunded nor will credit be given, unless the studio cancels the event. Any missed classes must be made up during the same session, and cannot be carried over to the next session. Class payments cannot be transferred to events or workshops (or vice versa). Classes and payments cannot be transferred to another student. Our policy is firm. No exceptions.

Winter Weather Policy
I'll do my best to make good decisions regarding winter closures. Snowfall can vary from inland (in Berwick, where I live) to the coast (in Kittery). Additionally, though roads may have been plowed, our parking lot may not be clear. I will generally try to get to the studio when there are reasonable driving conditions.

When we close, I will post this on the website and send an email at least 90 minutes prior to class. If we close, I owe you a credit or a refund.

The only time I will not communicate a closure is if we lose power in Berwick.

Does all that make sense? *
