1. Sweepstakes Summary: Entry into this Sweepstakes begins on August 14, 2019 and ends August 23, 2019 at 9:00 AM EST. Any entries received after the Sweepstakes period will not be considered. This Sweepstakes consists of one winner drawn from all eligible entries received between these dates. To enter, complete and submit the form above. You will be asked to enter your name and valid phone number and email address that is your own email address. You MUST provide valid information in all fields to be eligible. By entering into this sweepstakes, you consent to permitting Macaroni Kid to contact you in the event you win. No purchase necessary and any purchase we will not, in any way, increase chances of winning. One entry per person using this form. Entering more than once using the official form is prohibited and does not increase your chances of winning. Winners will be chosen at on or about Friday, August 23, 2019 using www.random.org. Entry in this Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally agrees to comply with these official rules.

2. You cannot win for this giveaway on more than one Macaroni Kid site.

3. Privacy Policy: It is Macaroni Kid’s privacy policy not to share, sell, loan, or rent entrant’s contact information (name, email address, etc.) to any third party. However, by entering into this sweepstakes you consent to allowing Macaroni Kid to: (1) contact you via email or phone to alert you if you have won; (2) post your name along with the prize you have won in the event you win on all participating Macaroni Kid websites and/or Facebook pages; and (3) share your email address with the giveaway sponsor to add to their email database if you have opted-in on that option. In addition, in the event you win, your contact information may be shared with the prize provider for the purposes of facilitating the delivery of your prize.

4. Drawing: Entry into this Sweepstakes begins on August 14, 2019 and ends August 23, 2019 at 9:00 AM EST. Any entries received after the Sweepstakes period will not be considered. To enter, a person must complete and submit the giveaway entry form above.

(a) One entry per person using this form. Entering more than once using the official form is prohibited and does not increase your chances of winning.

(b) Winners will be randomly selected on or about August 23, 2019 from all eligible entries using random.org. Macaroni Kid will contact the winner via phone and/or email and announce the winner's name on its website once the winner has claimed his or her prize. The winner MUST RESPOND TO THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS to claim his or her prize.
(c) If potential winner declines prize, fails to respond to email and/or telephone efforts to contact him or her or fails to use the prize, Macaroni Kid reserves the right to either select another winner or deem the prize forfeited. If a dispute arises over a prize, the winner is the person to whom the email account is registered.

5. Prize: The Sweepstakes prize will consist of four tickets plus a parking pass to Rapids Water Park. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Macaroni Kid reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize value: $210.96.

6. Conditions of Participation: Each prize winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes, along with any other fees or expenses, associated with any prize he or she wins. Accepting a prize constitutes winner’s consents to the use of their name, city and state for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the extent such use is permitted by law.

7. Eligibility: To be eligible to win Sweepstakes prize, entrant must

(a) Complete and submit the form above between August 14, 2019 and August 23, 2019 at 9:00 AM EST and

(b) MUST be a subscriber to one of the sponsoring Macaroni Kid editions (see item 10 Sponsors below). By entering the Sweepstakes, those who are not already subscribed grant Macaroni Kid permission to subscribe them to the Macaroni Kid edition where they live. Not a subscriber? (c) Current subscribers must enter using the email address where their e-newsletters are sent.

(d) An entrant is not eligible to win if he or she is under 18 years of age as of August 14, 2019 or not a legal resident of and currently residing in one of the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia.

(e) Void where prohibited.

(f) No purchase necessary to enter or win.

(g) One entry per Sweepstakes using the official entry form: if you enter more than once using this form, you may be excluded from the Sweepstakes.

(h) Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received.

(i) Macaroni Kid is not responsible for problems encountered with computer systems, equipment, failure of email, or problems with the internet or entrant’s internet connection.

(j) Macaroni Kid assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, problems or technical malfunctions of any computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of human error, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. 8. Disputes/Governing Law/Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of this sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without reference to its choice of law rules. By participating in this Sweepstakes, all participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Florida for resolution of any disputes arising hereunder.

9. Winner Information: Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and the winning names will be posted on the participating Macaroni Kid websites upon acceptance of the prize. Names of winners can also be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Macaroni Kid, Inc., Macaroni Kid LLC, 7 Tradesmans Path, PO Box 22, Bridgehampton, NY 11932. Any such request must be received on or before October 31, 2019.

10. Sponsors: Rapids Water Park. Macaroni Kid Palm Beach Gardens-Jupiter, Macaroni Kid West Palm Beach, and Macaroni Kid Wellington-Royal Palm Beach are the sponsors of this sweepstakes.

11. Release: By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify (i) Macaroni Kid, LLC, and (ii) the Macaroni Kid editions identified in Item 10 Sponsors above and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers and advertising and promotion agencies of each from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to: (a) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or (b) entrant’s participation in any Prize-related activities (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
