The 2021 Community Pride Festival will be Saturday, October 9th at Mayme Moore Park in Columbus, Ohio. Lead Volunteer Roles
We will need 1-3 people to lead each of the volunteer teams. Being a team lead is a commitment, so please think carefully about whether your experience, skills, and availability would make you a good fit to lead a team.

Being a team lead entails:
- Coordinating your team plan alongside other team leads and organizers
- Contacting your team to remind them about their shifts and anything else they need to know ahead of time
- Being on-site at the festival on October 9th for as long as 8 hours (depending on coordination with your other team leads)

If you answer 'yes' or 'maybe' to the question below, you will be directed to a section with more info and signups. Answering 'no' will take you to the sign up for non-lead volunteer teams.
