Bulls, Bands, & Barrels Is Coming To Evansville, IN!

This link will be open from Sunday (12/29/2024) at 10:00am CST to Tuesday (12/31/2024) at 7:00 pm CST. All correspondence will be communicated by email so please make sure that the information you provide below is accurate and up to date. Each contestant will get an email by Thursday (01/02/2025) at 12:00 pm CST. If you do not receive communication please contact: bullsbandsandbarrels.secretary@gmail.com by Thursday.
All fees will be due by Wednesday (1/8/2025) through a payment link that will be emailed to you. No refunds will be issued. Any alternates would not be required to pay fees until a spot is guaranteed to them (could be at the event).
All contestants must check in with the secretary and sign your waivers by one hour prior to performance time or your position will be given to the next in line. If you are not able to come to the event after your dues are paid, that covers the no-show fine that would be incurred and the money stays in the payout to the competing contestants.

BARREL RACING INFORMATION:
Twenty contestants will be selected based on historical money earned from any professional card holding association or BBB. If there are entries to support a qualifier race, we will select ten contestants for the performance based on historical earnings, and the remaining contestants will run in a qualifying race on the Saturday morning of the event, time TBA by event, with the fastest 10 times coming back to the performance. We are doing this to ensure as many contestants get the opportunity to compete with us as possible. Not every event will have the entries to support a qualifier, so all of this information will be sent out via emails once books close.
BULL RIDING INFORMATION:
Twenty contestants will be selected for the performance based on historical earnings through any professional card holding associations or BBB. The remaining contestants will be given an alternate number. Alternates that come to the event will need to present to the secretary at one hour before performance. Any available positions will be given in order by alternate number to those present. Minimum age of 16 is required to be eligible to compete. Minors under 18 years of age require a parent or legal guardian present at the event to sign for them.
Barrel Racers:
$2,000 added.
Entry fee $100 (qualifiers and performance pays the fee; qualifiers only pay once if you come back to perf)
80% paid back - pays 4 places (40%, 30%, 20%, 10%)
Performance: January 11, 2025 (Saturday) - 7:00 p.m. (Qualifiers & Historical Money Winners)

$6,000 added
