As new contractor, temp, and collaboration opportunities arise, we will use the information from this form to solicit interest from potential contractors and temps. If there are particular opportunities you've heard advertised that interest you, please call them out in the "anything else you want to share?" box at the bottom of page 1.

 - Coaching middle school teachers on using the Illustrative Math curriculum
 - Integrating curriculum-based formative assessments in Math and ELA with student voice measures
 - Integrating social and emotional learning with standards-aligned content
 - Revising and designing assessments of teachers' content knowledge and pedagogy
 - Joining a program advisory board (for current teachers and leaders)
 - Analyzing school artifacts and curricular materials to understand how they support equitable instruction

COVID 19 Vaccination and Travel Policy
As of Sept 1, 2021, vaccines are highly encouraged for all staff and required for in-person work and business travel of any kind.
 - All LE staff and contractors must wear masks at LE events and in-person meetings (LE provided).
 - Staff members and contractors must obtain a negative COVID-19 test result within 48 hours of business travel or in-person engagement (LE provided rapid tests, as needed).
 - Staff members will submit vaccination cards to Nonprofit HR, our HR consultants, to verify vaccination status.
 - New hires must show proof of being fully vaccinated by the end of the first month of employment.

Leading Educators is committed to providing compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable, in service of being a zero gap organization with respect to pay for all gender and racial identities. To do so, we benchmark our compensation for contractors and temps using our salary bands to ensure that folks with similar roles and similar years of experience are paid equitably across the organization. There are some rare cases where highly specialized expertise is required where we may offer compensation outside of the bands as written, but these are exceptions rather than the rule. We will be sure to share more information about pay transparently at the beginning of discussing potential opportunities with candidates.
