**Session FULL** SATURDAY, February 8th from 9:15 - 12:30pm
SATURDAY, February 8th from 1:15pm - 4:30pm

What's Rest & Resilience?
A smaller respite event to focus on more resilience building activities layered with fun! Why? Because we want Pause kids to know they are loved, worthy of extravagant inclusion and ultimately we want to build their self-esteem. Kids are placed in small groups or with 1:1 buddies depending on their needs.

Rest & Resilience is also for new Pause families who are attending their first Pause respite event to help our staff know if they thrive better in a smaller or larger environment!

Volunteer roles include: Being a buddy to a kiddo who need extra support, leading (or helping to lead) a small group, a volunteer runner or serving on the safety or resilience support teams.
