Kindly note:

* Please check the information given is accurate as invoicing, certificates and communications will be based on it.

* Upon registration, the Company / Participant is committed to make PAYMENT.

* An invoice will be issued within 5 working days of registration from admin@ensearch.org. Please check your spam/junkbox too.

* If you are taking advantage of the ENSEARCH New Registered Member Package, please register as a Participant here and then go to the Membership section at www.ensearch.org and proceed to register as a member.

* Two separate invoices and receipts will be issued for new members ie one for the Training Fee and another for the Membership fee

* ENSEARCH reserves the right to postpone/change/cancel the training due to unavoidable circumstances. A full refund will be issued. We endavour to give at least 3 work days' notice.

* Withdrawals must be made in writing at least 5 working days before the training date subject to the decision ENSEARCH Management. An administrative fee of RM50 is chargeable. It would very helpful for you to obtain a replacement.

* Any withdrawals received in writing in less than 5 working days from the day of training will incur a RM100 penalty as we would have incurred some costs. It would be very helpful for you to obtain a replacement.
