2025 Tending the Wildflowers Herbal Immersion Program

Immerse yourself at a botanical sanctuary and herb garden with a trained clinical herbalist. Learn how to grow and create your own home apothecary.

Each class will include a make and take of various herbal remedies. You will work in the garden with medicinal herbs and native plants. Learn how to harvest medicinal herbs from root to flower. Wildcraft the local ecosystem on the 5 acres of native habitat. 

Classes are held at the botanical sanctuary in Jefferson County, MO with Alex Queathem Payne. Guest instructors will attend. We will include some field trips.


Schedule:

1-2 Classes per month (April-August)

Sundays

4 Classes (3 Hours Each)

12 Hours Total


Cost: $800

Payment plans & work trades available

Additional Costs: Alcohol, Olive Oil, Vinegar, Jars
