Star Spangled Boom Vendor Application 
This is a two-day event! Vendors MUST attend both days July 3rd & 4th. 

Food vendors are locked in place. This means your truck, trailer, booth, tent, ect. must stay parked in its assigned spot overnight on July 3rd. Moraine Police will be present all night on July 3rd to watch over the food vendor area.

I advocate compliance with the Moraine Fire Department guidelines. The fire department has the authorization to close my operation.  *
The City of Moraine will not be held responsible for vendor's equipment at any point before, during or after the event *
Vendor agrees to supply a Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Moraine as additional insured.
