This survey is designed to provide Dungeon Masters with valuable player feedback for their games. In addition, it provides players with an opportunity to remind the Dungeon Master of their preferred play style, likes and dislikes, and current character goals.

General Refresher

This section serves as a general refresher of your preferred play style. This will help the DM focus on the big picture when preparing adventures, side quests, and major arcs.

On a scale of 1-5, please rate your level of enjoyment for the following Pillars of D&D. *

Linear. I want someone to tell me which way to go and give me a limited number of choices. I want to be part of our D&D movie, even if that means a bit of railroading.

Malleable. I want to know what to do, but I want to do it in my own way. I want my choices to matter, but .

Open. I want the freedom to go wherever I want and bounce between side quests without feeling pressured to continue some overarching plot. I want to play in a sandbox.
