This is a voluntary angler creel survey for the Navajo Nation Department of Fish and Wildlife.  Information gathered in this survey will help guide fisheries management decisions such as stocking rates, creel limits, and size limits.  Your participation in this survey is appreciated.   It is important that you answer each question accurately and to the best of your knowledge.  You are also encouraged to share pictures of fish you have caught on the Navajo Nation.  Pictures can be emailed to gselby@nndfw.org..  Thanks for your cooperation and participation.

We are interested in the details of your most recent  fishing trip on the Navajo Nation. You may fill out a survey form for each separate fishing trip on the Navajo Nation.  If you fished multiple lakes during the same trip, please fill out a survey for each lake fished during that trip.  Please fill out the survey even for trips that you did not catch any fish.
