Parent's Night Out at Wilson Elementary School
This event, run by the Wilson Memorial High School Band Boosters, allows parents to drop off their kids in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade from 6 to 9 PM on Saturday, December 14. There will be games, crafts, snacks, and movies. For additional cost, you may drop off your Christmas gifts to be wrapped. See information below to register your gifts.

Cost for the evening will be $15 per child, $10 for each additional sibling. Checks made out to: WMHS Band will be due on drop off.

Each child will be assigned a security number. They will wear a wrist band with that number. The parent/guardian who drops them off will be given a card with that security number and will need that card when they arrive for pick up.

Gift Wrapping Registration
This section is for those parents who would like to use the gift wrapping service that will also be provided. You don't need to have children registered for the event. Each gift must be "ready to wrap". Gifts will be $2 per gift. Oversized gifts will be $3. Paper, ribbon, bow, and tag will be provided.

For those dropping off children, we have thought of that! You will drop off your kids at the front entrance to WES. You will then proceed around the back of the building to our gift drop off area. Each gift will be marked with the same security tag we are using with the children. This will identify your gifts. You will simply give us the To: and From: information for each gift.

Gift pick up will begin at 8:30 PM out back. Arrangements can be made for an earlier time. Contact Matt Baraclough at mbaracloug@augusta.k12.va.us for more information.
