For prepared food vendors, are you licensed to sell in Chester County, PA? The Market is not responsible for your compliance or any fines that may result if you are not properly licensed. If you need assistance with this process, we can put you in touch with the health department.
Vendors are required to provide all of their own equipment, including, but not limited to, a tent, tent weights, table, signage and anything else needed to safely sell your product (e.g. ice, generator, etc.). Routine failure to bring all necessary equipment may result in a fine or your expulsion from the market that week. Do you agree to this? *
