To engage with DRIEMS Alumni across the globe, DRIEMS Alumni Association was established in the year 2013. DRIEMS Alumni Association is an independent and registered entity run and driven by Alumni of the institution. The current office bearers of the association are Prof. Surajit Mohanty (DRIEMS 2006 Batch, General Secretary) and Prof. Shekharesh Barik (DRIEMS 2003 batch, Treasurer). The ex-officio President of the body is the Principal of the DRIEMS (Autonomous) Engineering College. All the passed out students of DRIEMS (prior to 2013) are by default members of the association and all the passed out students (post 2013) are members by registration after paying a nominal fee. The association has its own functionaries and funds to carry out activities which are primarily contributed by its members with additional financial support from the institution.
