Asmodee Event Support Request Form
Thank you for contacting Asmodee concerning support for your convention, event, or organization.

The form below is used to request demo team appearances, game donations, and other services to promote Asmodee and support communities built around tabletop gaming.

Asmodee is committed to community support. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support to every event. We ask, prior to any other communication with our support team, that you please fill out the form below. The information you provide will help us decide who to support and how best to do it.

Please read the read the information below carefully and fill out the form in detail.

● Due to the high volume of requests we receive, it may take us some time to respond to your request. Please give us adequate time to review your request and, if approved, gather materials and ship them within a time frame that works for you. A good guideline is at least 2-3 months in advance. Please contact us via this form at least 2-3 months in advance of your event. Inadequate lead time may result in us being unable to fulfill your request.

● Any games provided by Asmodee must be used for the purposes of providing gaming experiences, such as demos, etc., for players at your event / organization, unless otherwise stated.

● Support of a previous event by Asmodee is no guarantee of support for future events. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, we will factor previous successful support into future decision making.

● Support provided to your event or club may be drawn from Asmodee's inventory of mildly-damaged, but otherwise playable games. We cannot always fulfill specific requests for games, but we do aim to find good fits, based on your group’s existing demo library.

● Asmodee will not provide financial support and does not purchase advertising or other promotion at events at which Asmodee staff are not present.

● If you are approved for support, we may provide domestic shipping free of charge via UPS Ground or USPS. If your event or organization is located outside of the United States, you will be asked to pay for shipping, even if we are providing support free of charge. Moreover, you will be responsible for any and all import or customs fees that may occur. We can quote shipping costs, for your approval, before shipping anything.

Retail and Organized Play Resources

We cannot provide free games to retailers, distributors, or other for-profit entities. If you represent a retail store, online store, wholesale distributor, or educator and are interested in purchasing games at a discounted rate (including demo copies) please contact our Sales department at We may be able to provide promotional material on a case-by-case basis, pending availability of resources.
