We've got Local, Natural Grainfed Angus Beef. No antibiotics. No growth hormones. No crap. They're grainfed from the time they're weaned up until slaughter at about 16-18 months. Pork cuts, half and whole hogs, and various lamb cuts also available.

If you're paying by Cash or Check, we are currently offering WHOLESALE pricing on our BEEF... So it will be cheaper per pound than the prices listed. We DO accept credit card but are unable to give discounted prices as we are charged processing fees.

Processing is done at Red Barn Meats in Croghan, NY.

WHOLE or HALF BEEF. We usually sell for $3.00/LB plus cutup. Right now, due to the COVID-19 pandemic we would like to help out our community as much as we're able so we are offering a discount so people have quality beef to provide for their families as stores' shelves go bare. (Generally each half is 350 pounds, but some of that is bone. So you're not going to get 350# of just beef. But you're welcome to the bones if you'd like them for your dog. Still wayyy cheaper than buying the cuts in a retail setting. More money up front, but more bang for your buck if you have storage.) Processing is $41 slaughter fee on a whole, $20.50 on a half, .54/LB dressed processing, .20/LB to grind burger, .27/LB for shaved steak and cube steak.

(Hogs usually dress 300#) Pricing for processing is $20 for slaughter, .60/LB dressed, .98/LB green weight for smoked bacon, .88/LB for any linked sausage, .58/LB for bulk sausage, and jerked pork for $1/LB. We will sell by the half if you have someone you want to split the whole hog with.
