1. Youth under the age of 25 who have been justice-involved, but who are not currently incarcerated, who want to share their personal stories and perspective on these issues.
2. Individuals (of all ages) with professional expertise and lived experience* who can provide perspectives in the areas of brain science, constitutional rights, and "smart on crime" economics, including best practice interventions for justice-involved youth and families. *Lived experiences can include being a victim of crime, a survivor of violence, justice-involved as a youth, or a family member of a victim of crime, survivor of violence, or justice-involved youth.
