New York Edge 79Q Application
Hello everyone!

This is the first application step in registering for the New York Edge Program at PS79Q.

The program will be first come, first serve. If you are not selected, we will add you to the waitlist moving forward. 

If you are selected, we will send you the forms to sign and be in contact.

If you have any questions, please email us at ps079@newyorkedge.org. (Do not call the school as they will not have the information).

Please only fill out one form per participant (filling out multiple does not increase your chance of getting in). If you have multiple children, you MUST fill out this form for each.
