1. What are we raising money for?
The Conversation Systems Coaching Programme ® (The Conversation) brings together prison staff and prisoners in a group coaching process to enhance their relationships, improve empathy and support sustained, positive cultural change on prison wings.                                                                                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                                                                                         
Following external evaluation, we have redesigned the programme and aim to raise £70,500 via The Big Give Christmas Challenge (donations up to £35,250 will be matched) to pilot an enhanced version of The Conversation.

These funds will support the total costs of delivering five runs of The Conversation programme (£115,000).

2. Why are we seeking pledges?
The Big Give Christmas Challenge is only open from midday on Tuesday 3 December until midday on Tuesday 10 December 2019.

We are seeking advance pledges for donations to be made during this period, as funds received outside of these dates will not be matched.

Donations up to a total of £35,250 will be doubled during this period!
