Digital technologies are crucial to both work and play in contemporary Australia and represent one of the most significant areas of future economic growth. Diversity in the workplace is a top priority for industry as it has repeatedly been shown to increase growth, profits and the quality of digital products and solutions. However, diversity in the Digital Technology workplace cannot be achieved without diversity in the classroom. This survey will provide a broad understanding of perceptions, practices and resources to support teaching in a diverse classroom within the Australian teaching community. We value your input as a teacher who understands the real world specifics about what happens now, and what is needed for the future.  

This survey is for secondary school teachers in Australia who teach Digital Technologies subjects or modules. It is completely anonymous and follows The University of Adelaide human research ethics guidelines and policies. Completing this survey will only take between 10 and 17 minutes.

The survey will be used to identify areas where and how improvements could be made, for instance in resourcing, curriculum, industry involvement, or diversity in the class room.  Your time and input is deeply appreciated.
