Event Resources
To help you run a great event we have a number of resources we will give you access to. As an Organiser you will be invited to Google Drive to view and download what you need for your Pong event. If you think you might have trouble accessing these files at your event, Ping Pong-A-Thon can simply send you a USB with our most current media and resources. To help us be wise with this years costs, please indicate below if you think you will need a USB provided to you for your Pong Event and we'll happily send one out to you!
Do you require a hard-copy USB for media and resources at your event? *

Child Safety Requirements
Ping Pong-A-Thon is committed to being a safe organisation for children. To protect young people engaging in our events as well as our Event Organisers, all Pong events must be supervised by someone who holds a valid child safety check or has a current police check at the time of the event. (Working With Children checks are different depending on which state you are in.)

Please note: Your Venue Confirmation Form will be considered 'complete' when all child safety requirements have been met. If you do not have a valid Working With Children or Police Check you will need to obtain one before you can host your event OR have your event supervised by someone who does.

Child Protection Policy *
This year we have created a Child Protection Policy and as an organisation we are committed to all Pong events being run as child-safe venues. We require that all of our volunteers are aware of our policies and our code of conduct before hosting your events. Please find it here : https://raisely-images.imgix.net/pingpongathon2017/256-child-protection-policy-final-pdf.pdf
Required
Please provide details of a valid Working With Children check within your state (for either yourself or a dedicated supervisor who will be present at your venue) *
Please note: a National Police Check will suffice for organisers in South Australia. The child safety information below must be valid at the date of your event.
