In addition to submitting your membership dues via Venmo (@CHSADC), please provide the following information in the form below.

The 2024 dues for your CHSA membership, which runs until January 31, 2025, are:

• $20 for DC staff
• $10 for District staff
• $10 for fellows
• $5 for interns.

Opt-in - the Senior Staff Pilot Program ($50)

Senior staffers are encouraged to submit $30 in addition to the $20 dues for a total of $50. The additional $30 will help fund the Pay It Forward Program and ensure better programing for CHSA members. More information on the Pay It Forward Program below!

As noted above, CHSA offers the Pay It Forward Program, which allows for interns, fellows, and financially burdened staff to have their membership dues waived. To apply, please visit this form.
