2025 Okotoks Show & Shine Market Application

Main Street Market is proud to host the Vendor Market at the 2025 Okotoks Show & Shine, returning to downtown on August 17th, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The streets will be filled with impressive vehicles and a variety of vendors for all to enjoy.

Established in 2009, the Okotoks Show & Shine has become a premier event for car enthusiasts and remains one of the most popular events in Okotoks. This year, Main Street Market is pleased to participate as a GOLD Sponsor.

Vendors will be set up in two locations this year: one in our parking lot and another across the street from the store.

Vendor Locations:

  • 8 McRae St, Okotoks & 27 McRae St, Okotoks

This application form allows businesses to express their interest in participating as vendors at the 2025 Okotoks Show & Shine Market, hosted by THE PLACE TO BE MARKET (Also known as Main Street Market).

Things to know prior to applying:

  1. Event Schedule:

    • Dates and Times:
      • August 17th, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM
    • Location:  8 McRae St. & 27 McRae St, Okotoks
  2. Setup and Tear Down:

    • Begins at 6:30 AM (Road closes at 8:00 AM); vendors must be set up by 10:00 AM.
    • Tear down will begin at 4:00 PM. As the road clears, vendors will be permitted to bring their vehicles to their locations for packing up.
    • There will be no drive-up access to the locations after 8:00 AM. Therefore, we recommend dropping off your tent, table, and products at your designated location prior to 8:00 AM.
  3. Pricing:

    • 10'x10' Space: $150 + GST (Please note: This is a Bring Your Own Tent and Table event; these items will not be provided by the host or Main Street Market.)
    • 6'x6' Space: $100 + GST (This space is for table vendors only; no tent is allowed, and you must bring your own table, as these will not be provided by the host or Main Street Market.)
  4. Included Amenities: There are NO AMENITIES INLCUDED. Vendors are responsible to bring their own tables, chairs, tents etc. 

  5. Internet Access: Please note that Wi-Fi is not available at the venue.

  6. Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Businesses: MLM businesses are welcome to apply; however, only a limited number will be accepted.

Should your application be accepted, you will receive notification from us, and payment will be required within 5 days to secure your space. While we strive to accommodate all applicants, please note that only those businesses that are accepted will be contacted.

Main Street Market ensures extensive promotion and advertising across several social media platforms, along with paid advertising.  MSM will also highlight participating businesses on and before the event. 

We expect all attending vendors to promote the event on their social media platforms.

Payment will be required within 5 days once you have been accepted into the market. If accepted and paid, I understand there will be a $60 non refundable admin charge deducted on all cancellations up to 46 days prior to the market. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 45 days of the market.
