Please register your interest by completing this form. Please note that we are not able to provide staff for support, overnight supervision or personal support, only for activity leaders. Young people must be accompanied by leaders at an appropriate level for the group. Transport is not provided. We request a £15 per person deposit for each person that will attend the retreat. This is payable along with the return of all booking and consent forms. The deposit is refundable at the end of the retreat, however for those individuals that do not attend the retreat, the deposit is non-refundable.

A KESS 2* PhD student at Aberystwyth University is working with Elan Links and activity providers, Tir Coed, until September 2021 to assess our activities and identify ways in which we can improve in future. Part of this research will use the information provided on this enrolment form and gathered in monitoring forms completed during your retreat and you may be contacted in future to discuss your experiences of activities. The information you provide may be used in reports and presentations to be shared with others. Any information you provide about individuals will be anonymised and stored securely. You can withdraw your information from this research project by contacting Eleri (mep13@aber.ac.uk) by 30 March 2020. *Knowledge Economy Skills Scholarships (KESS 2) is a pan-Wales higher level skills initiative led by Bangor University on behalf of the HE sector in Wales.
