St. James' Sunday School and EYF. 2025-26
The 2025-6 school year is underway and programs have begun at church. This form serves as a registration for participation in general programs as well as a chance to check on any allergies/medical needs and includes a photo release question. Please complete it for any child under 18 attending St.James' programs.

From time to time photos are taken at church or church events which may be used for display, the annual slide show or church/diocese publications. Children will only ever be identified by first names. Do you give permission to for your children's images to be included in such publications?
