Spring 2021 Tball/Baseball/Softball Interest Form
This form is going to be used by the Pioneer Youth Sports board to plan for a 2021 season. We are making plans with the hope to provide a season for all ages, although it may look different than a normal year. We will need to follow OHA restrictions for recreational sports to ensure the health and safety of our players. In addition, we may have limited access to fields. Due to these factors, our plans are subject to change but we would like to get an idea of numbers.
