Why are you reaching out for parenting support?
My child doesn't feel safe/confident sleeping in their own bed at night
Mealtimes - throwing food, picky eating, power struggles
Mornings - stalling, whining, uncooperative, frustrating
Bedtimes - procrastination, excuses, arguments, stalling, fears make bedtimes a challenge
Punishment and yelling is not working, we want to break the cycle of shame-based parenting
We are exhausted and so is our child, we need help ASAP
