Gentle Reminder! Please make sure you fulfill the following criteria before coming for blood donation:
1. 18 years old and above
2. In healthy condition
3. Body weight of 45 kg and above
4. Have a minimum of 5 hours sleep
5. Taken breakfast before donation
6. At least after 3 months from previous blood donation
7. Female donors who are pregnant, currently in day 1-3 of period, and breastfeeding are not suitable to donate.
