We ask that you please complete the following two step process to secure either an individual or team entry into this charity event. At this inital stage we will be restricting 1 team per business, however we will keep a waiting list for those wishing to enter more than one team should space allow.
1) Complete the registration of interest form below2) Complete payment to secure your team (teams consist of 4 players) or individual entry. Please note there are limited spaces, therefore we do encourage you to register now to avoid disappointment. * Individual player entry fee is $200 per player * Team of 4 entry fee is $800 per team.
Once we have received your registration of interest form and payment the Remarkables Parents Association will send you a confirmation email and receipt of payment.
You will receive regular updates of the event, and one month out we will be emailing you a golf information form to complete. This form will assist us in setting up teams and making the day memorable. Information we will be requesting includes: names of player/s their golf handicap, golf dot number, dietary requirements and their contact details.
