#RBF20 Volunteer Sign-up
Thank you for volunteering for Reading Beer & Cider Festival!
Volunteers can drink for free while they're working* and get vouchers towards the cost of food. Volunteer for two sessions or more and you’ll get free entry too!
*Don't worry, for any roles where you can’t drink ‘on duty’, you’ll get drink tokens to use later.
You should now get an automatic response once you have filled in this form, so that you can see the details you submitted to us and keep a copy for your records. If for any reason you don't, please let us know!

The public open days are from Thursday 7th to Sunday 10th May...
But there’s loads more to do behind the scenes on the Monday to Wednesday both before and after the public open days. These ‘set up’ and ‘take down’ sessions are fantastic to volunteer because of the sense of team spirit, free, hot lunches and of course, free beer!
Tell us the shift numbers you can do in the notes section below; if you can only volunteer for part of a session don’t worry, just let us know.
The shifts I can do are:
BTW: if there is any way you can help on the Monday AFTER the festival (maybe using the day of holiday you usually take on the Friday before the festival for example) we would be extremely grateful. As this year the Monday ISN'T the bank holiday we're expecting to be very short handed on what is one of our busiest 'behind the scenes' days!
Please tell us anything else you think we should know:
(e.g. if you usually have a camping space, are planning to bring a dog etc.) As always, car parking space is very limited on site so please ask if you need one - priority will be given to those travelling long distances or people with access or disability requirements
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
