Derivatives and Counterparty Risk Survey: Are We There Yet For Uncleared Swaps?
The derivatives marketplace has changed significantly since Lehman's bankruptcy in 2008, with both market participants and regulators increasingly focused on margining, counterparty risk, and systemic risk. Yet, to what extent will new regulations and margin frameworks reduce derivatives disputes or make the system safer for market participants? What costs are involved? This survey will ask you a few brief questions about your views on new variation and initial margin regulations, Lehman, and ISDA SIMM. Thank you for your valuable perspectives!
