Café AI:  The First National AI Dialogue in the Creative Sector

Join the South African Cultural Observatory and the Fak'ugesi African Digital Innovation festival in a first of its kind discussion and workshop on and its impact on the cultural and creative industries. Brought to you by GIZ and the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture.

Join us for interesting debates, topic-focused breakout groups and a policy discussion on AI and it’s transformative effect on the CCIs.

The day will be framed by a discussion with a panel of specialists on AI in the cultural sector speaking for and against AI advancements.

MORNING SESSION:

The dialogue is being hosted by SACO and Fak’ugesi African Digital Innovation Festival, supported by the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture and GIZ (the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit).

The event is hybrid and will be live streamed. Time-keeping is therefore critical.
