2018 TRCCS Holiday Faire Vendor Application
The Tomorrow River Community Charter School has a deep commitment to nurturing our community's economy by providing local artists, craftspeople, performers, farmers, and entrepreneurs a space to share their talents. Our Holiday Faire is an event that does just that. All interested vendors should carefully read and fill out this form and submit it and the reservation fee for review. Booths will be available on a first come first come basis.

The TRCCS Holiday Faire is held on the wooded campus of the Central Wisconsin Environmental Station. For this event, the campus is transformed into a magical holiday village featuring local and statewide artisans, live entertainment, children’s activities, costumed characters, a kids-only store, lunch, sweet treats, and more!

Date: Sunday, December 2nd, 2018
Setup Time: 8 - 9:45 am*
Selling Time: 10 am - 3 pm

Booths must be completely cleared and vacated by 4 pm.
*There may be additional setup time on Saturday afternoon/evening. Vendors will be notified via email as event nears if this setup time becomes available.

Booths: Vendors will be grouped in the campus-style classrooms and provided an 6'x6' booth. Two chairs will be provided to each vendor, if you would like a table please let us know. Vendors are responsible for all other display needs.

If you participated in previous years, your booth may be located in a different building this year. You may request to be placed next to other vendors when registering, but requests cannot be guaranteed.

The Holiday Faire is a fundraiser for the Tomorrow River Community Charter School. Monies collected from this event may be used to purchase art supplies, musical instruments, movement equipment, theater supplies, and learning aids, as well as to help fund enrichment experiences like field trips and to bring performers, artists, and experts to the students of TRCCS. Vendors are encouraged to donate 10% of their sales at the conclusion of the Holiday Faire to TRCCS. This is a tax-deductible donation. Vendors will be receive a discounted lunch item as a thank you for their participation.

Reservation Fee:
A $25 refundable reservation fee will reserve your booth. Payment can be made by mailing a check, payable to TRCCS, to the address above to the attention of Chamomile. You can also pay with a credit/debit card via the following link.
