ALL broker licensees (no exceptions) and any salespersons licensed before 10/1/24 must complete 18 hours ( of qualified Real Estate CE courses to fulfill your 2023-24 CE requirements and renew your license by 12/14/24.
Please register below for video CE classes offered at the NWAR board office in Woodruff from Tue 4/2/24 thru Thu 5/9/24 (alternating Tue & Thu so three 1-hour courses per week), or another round of all 18 courses starting Tue 10/1 on a similar schedule. Each course will be a video class of ~1 hour including printed course materials, and an online exam link will be emailed to you shortly before the end of each class which you may complete via smartphone, laptop or tablet within 24 hours.
NAR Code of Ethics*: Completing all five of CE Courses 2, 3, 7, 10 & 11 will also fulfill your NAR Code of Ethics triennial training requirement for the 2022-24 cycle. 2023-24 classes will be held at the board office where seating is limited, so please register ASAP and let us know if you need to cancel any dates so we can release the seat for others.

COST: Video classes are $6.00 for REALTORS and $7.00 for non-REALTORS. NWAR Members who register for all 18 courses can subtract the cost of 3 courses (Member discount), so the total for NWAR Members taking all 18 courses is $6.00 x 15 = $90.00. Checks for video CE classes should be mailed in advance to: NWAR, PO Box 377, Woodruff WI 54568 or we can email you a Paypal invoice.
If you register for and miss a class, you may request a refund or reschedule for a future video CE class at NWAR if one is available.
