BULK ORDERS
Bulk orders must be placed in August / September - the order may be adjusted as we understand that your numbers will only be finalised the following year. Your order will serve us with an estimate to be able to serve your school. Failing to do so may lead to your school not being served.
If we have received and verified your school's survey, you will receive an invoice by email in recognition of the order that your school has completed. The guides have ISBN numbers and are registered with Library South Africa.
Teachers are welcome to place an order for themselves or their learners. Schools that make use of the guides are welcome to send a letter to parents informing them about the cost of the books you wish to use the following year. 10% of all bulk orders must be paid before 30 October 2025, in order to reserve your school's order for 2026.
DELIVERY
All orders will only be sent out as soon as the invoice is settled.
NO ORDERS will be reserved without the payable amount of a deposit.
Within 1-5 days after settlement of account.
Orders are delivered to the address as submitted by the client on this form.
Delivery costs are calculated according to the size of the order. The weight and area of delivery, will also determine the final delivery cost.
WHAT DOES THE STUDY GUIDE INVOLVE?
Full-colour workbook, approximately 200-250 pages (depending on the grade), with worksheets, class tests and homework assignments for the year. A marking guideline for the homework assignments and informal assessment tasks can be provided to the teacher which he / she can use as examples. It will be emailed to you in the form of an e-teacher's guide which is available per grade in both Afrikaans & English. It is suggested that schools who will be using the study guides in their classrooms, use the PowerPoint series which was developed along with the books as this serves as a guideline to complete the blank spaces in the worksheets. Learners will therefore complete the worksheets as the teacher teaches the lesson in class.

@ R329.99 incl. VAT per study guide. The school is welcome to add a profit to the books when selling it to their learners. It can therefore be used wherever there is a need or to cover the delivery costs.
