PNW LREDA Summer Retreat 2026

Join your colleagues in the Pacific Northwest for our annual summer retreat at the Seabeck Conference Center! We gather to explore faith development, professional growth, and collective leadership in a sanctuary designed specifically for religious education professionals, where we move beyond our individual congregations to form an intentional learning community of peers.

Seabeck is the perfect escape from the hectic pace of daily life. The facilities are located on 90 beautiful acres with sweeping views of Hood Canal and the Olympic Mountains. The grounds are reminiscent of a small village, complete with walkways that meander past manicured lawns, wooded trails, and resident deer.

Schedule & Registration

  • Early Bird: Register by Wednesday, April 1, 2026, for $25 off!
  • Final Deadline: Registration closes Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
  • Arrivals: Early arrival begins Sunday, August 9 at 4:00 p.m.; standard arrival is Monday, August 10 after 10:00 a.m.
  • Departure: Wednesday check-out is at 1:00 p.m.

Seabeck offers only the following alternative diet requests or a combination of these: Vegetarian, Vegan, Non-Celiac Gluten Free, Dairy Free or a Combination of these. 

Meals are served family-style with breakfast at 8:00am, lunch at 12:00pm and dinner at 6:00pm. There will be other events happening simultaneously to our retreat.

Seabeck is a nut-free facility, but cannot guarantee that processed foods have not been produced in a nut-free environment. Seabeck does not accommodate allergies or medically necessary diet requests. 

Guests with a variety of food issues are encouraged to bring supplemental food that may be stored in the dining room refrigerator and warmed in the microwave. There are also many options on the salad bar at every lunch and dinner.
