If you present any results using MAGDAS data at conferences or in publications, please make sure to contact the Principal Investigators
(PIs) of MAGDAS project in advance.
PIs of MAGDAS project:
Prof. Dr. Akimasa Yoshikawa: yoshikawa.akimasa.254(atmark)m.kyushu-u.ac.jp
Dr. Shuji Abe: abeshu(atmark)i-spes.kyushu-u.ac.jp
Please ensure that the data is used in compliance with these rules of the road.
Rules of the Road:
1. Those wishing to use MAGDAS data can request data by filling in this form. In most cases, data will be available within a few days. However, if your research topic overlaps with an ongoing research using the same MAGDAS data, the PIs may consider this request to avoid the conflict of interest.
2. Redistribution of the data files is strictly prohibited.
3. Users of scientific data of the MAGDAS project must contact the PIs before using the data in a presentation or publication. The PIs may propose potential co-authors for the presentation or publication from the side of the MAGDAS project. Users should also cite the reference papers, the DOI(s) of relevant data, and acknowledgement related to the MAGDAS project (as shown below).
4. Users should send their presentation materials or manuscripts to the PIs two weeks(at least) before the presentation or submission dates. This is to ensure the data are properly processed/used and to return any necessary comments to the user.
5. Users should share the final published paper to the PIs. This action is deeply appreciated for demonstrating the international usage of the MAGDAS data and for sustaining MAGDAS project.
