REQUIREMENTS:

Before taking the ice, EVERYONE must be registered with USA Hockey and have completed Mid Am Background Screening.

In order to be rostered on a team and be behind the bench, you must complete all CSHL requirements.

Afterschool programs have a different set of certification requirements administered by CHUH Board of Ed.
