The UAD 3.6 brings one of the most significant reporting changes in over a decade, replacing the existing 1004 (URAR), 1004 (Desktop), 1004 (Hybrid), 1004C (Manufactured), 1073 (Condo), 2090 (Coop), 1025 (2-4 unit), and 1004D (Update/Completion) report forms with one, dynamic report!
This AQB-Approved course designed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac offers an in-depth exploration of the new dynamic Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) applicable to all residential property types. Dennis Badger is a Certified General Appraiser with over three decades of experience in the valuation profession. A former member of the Appraisal Standards Board (2011–2014), Dennis is also a Certified USPAP Instructor through the Appraiser Qualifications Board. He provides investigative and compliance services to appraiser regulatory agencies and has been actively involved with the Association of Appraiser Regulatory Officials (AARO) since 1998. He currently serves as 2026 AARO President and has contributed to the development and instruction of investigator training programs for AARO, The Appraisal Foundation, and the Council on Licensure, Enforcement, and Regulation (CLEAR).
