Thank you for your interest in proposing a program on KSQD 90.7 FM. We are community radio for the Monterey Bay Area. That means our programs serve the public interest. Our mission is to build community. We air a fairly diverse scope of music and talk, most of it live and local. We welcome good verbal communicators and folks who know and love their chosen topic or musical genre. Having tech skills is also a plus, but not required as we can train you.

This application is the first step to your getting on the air. If we feel your application bears further exploration, we will contact you for an audio demo. The demos will be reviewed by a panel of experienced radio folks; our program committee. We are all volunteers so it may take a while. We may not be able to get back to everyone who applies. Completion of this application does not imply that a show or requested time slot is guaranteed. Show slots are typically 1 hour, or 2 hours in length, and are typically run once-a-week, but we do have some alternating slots. However, we welcome unique proposals that are exceptions to this rule.
