1/4 Beef ($5.50/lb hanging weight + $13 butcher fee) *Avg total around $560
1/2 Beef ($5.50/lb hanging weight + $23 butcher fee) *Avg total around $1120
1 whole beef ($5.50/lb hanging weight + $45 butcher fee) *Avg total around $2245
Pasture Raised Pork- To be processed in late fall. 2019 *Prices include all processing.
1/2 pork ($4.25/lb hanging weight + $23 butcher fee) *avg total around $395
Whole pork ($4.25/lb hanging weight + $45 butcher fee) *avg total around $785
Fresh, Whole Broilers - $3.75/lb avg 5 -6 lbs (*avg total per chicken is around $20) - One batch will be ready in July, another in October. Please indicate quantity desired from each batch. *Pre-orders will receive a discount of $1 per bird!
