1. REFLECT ON YOUR ISSUE:  You will take a moment to reflect on a heartfelt issue, concern or situation for which you’d like intuitive insight.  

2. PREPARE REQUEST FORM:  Adults 18 or older may submit a request by completing an application form for a remote reading at any time for consideration. Complete the Client Request form provided below.  Include your concern and one related question.  Review it to make sure what you've written conveys your concern.

3. SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST:  Once you've completed the form submit it for consideration.

4. SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT:  Upon receipt of your request form, you will receive notification to submit payment. You may pay with a debit or credit card.

TERMS & REQUIREMENTS: You must be an adult at least 18 years of age,   provide an accurate email address, and contact information,. Clients must not use profanity, sexually explicit or derogatory language when completing this form. We reserve the right to reject any application with or without cause.

We value our clients and endeavor to provide the best possible service. Due to the number of inquiries and availability constraints, we may not be able to accept all new inquiries.  We will notify you immediately if we can not accept your inquiry.  

Submittal of this form is an authorization for us to proceed with the remote intuitive reading service.The written report we provide is for your informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose or treat any illness.   All Consultation fees are non refundable. However, If for some reason due to mitigating circumstances,  we are unable to accept or process your request  after receipt of payment -- we will notify you via email and refund the full amount.
