All potential vendors will be juried! No mass produced items! The Faire is open April 13 from 11am- 6pm, with set up beginning at 9am on the morning of the event. Vending space is limited, subject to availability, and assigned on a first-paid-first-served basis after jury. Due to our host space, we cannot accept divination, eg tarot readers. We also do not accept resellers, like Amway, LuLaRoe, Eye Candy, etc. We support craftspeople!
If accepted as a vendor, you will be sent an invoice via PAYPAL, which will serve as a contract.
VENDORS APRIL 12 FAIRY BALL - There is a Masquerade Ball the night before, not included in the vendor fee for the 13th. If you’re interested in vending at the Ball, please check that box. Set up at 5:30pm. If you set up for the Masquerade on April 12, you will *probably* need to remain in the same place Saturday April 13th. Vending at the Masquerade is $25 for a space that fits your 4'-6' table. Kromer Hall downstairs opens at 6:30pm, the Labyrinth upstairs opens at 7pm. Downstairs will have food and less hauling things upstairs, more light, but you miss the party.... which is going on upstairs. Spaces upstairs are slightly bigger.
BALTIMORE FAERIE FAIRE -
~Indoor Space, lower floors, Kromer Hall and the Goblin Market~5' x 5' space is $50 - for a 4' table or anything else you can fit.5' x 10' space is $90 - if you must have a 6' table, upgrade to this!
~Indoor Space, 2nd floor, Labyrinth~5' x 6' space is $50 - for a 6' table or anything else you can fit.5' x 12' space is $100 - 2 tables, or a table and a rack
~Outdoor Space~5' x 6' space is $25 - for a 6' table or anything else you can fit. There is no raindate- that's why you get half price, you are guessing that you can do this thing.
Vendor ResourcesVendors are responsible for their own tables, and lock boxes. A limited amount of tables may be available for a small fee, please inquire. Electricity is also limited, be sure to indicate if electricity is required on your application. Wi-fi is available, but it may be slow due to heavy use.
