2018-2019 Kindergarten Pre-Registration Survey
Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child for kindergarten in Madeira City Schools.  We are happy you are joining our school community!  

Registration begins with the completion of this short pre-registration survey.  This survey will ask you to indicate your preference for the regular Half-Day AM Kindergarten Program, the regular Half-Day PM Kindergarten Program, or to share that either the AM or PM Kindergarten Program would be acceptable.  

In addition to the regular kindergarten options, we also offer an Optional All-Day Kindergarten Program on a first come, first served basis ($372/month).  Priority registration is given to those families who have been enrolled in the Madeira Elementary Preschool Program.  These requests/preferences will be handled in the order in which they are received within this survey.
