I acknowledge that MNSHRM has the rights to utilize the information in marketing the education sessions if my program is selected. If selected to present at the 2015 MNSHRM State Conference, I will supply a copy of the PowerPoint presentation to MNSHRM along with a professional photo (jpg,pdf, etc.) and business logo (jpg, pdf, etc.) WITHIN 30 DAYS of notification. I will also supply at least 50 copies of my presentation on the day of the event for the attendees to use as guidance during the presentation. Failure to meet these guidelines may affect future opportunities to present to this group. *
