Dog and Cat Spay/Neuter Request

If you are a Save a Kitten client, DO NOT REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT. Please walk in - you are guaranteed a surgery spot. Walk in is Tuesday through Friday from 8 am to 830 am. Do not allow your kittens to breed.

APPOINTMENTS ARE FULL. PLEASE WALK-IN Tuesday-Friday, between 7:30AM - 8:30AM UNTIL FURTHER.
NOTICE NOT ALL WALK - INS can be served. The clinic has limited surgery slots available. Do not bring any sick or injured animals into the clinic. These animals will be declined for surgery. Animal must be at least 3 months of age (not including partner organizations - rescue).

You may schedule up to 4 pets at a time for spay or neuter of your dogs or cats if you reside in the city limits of San Jose, Milpitas, Cupertino, Los Gatos, and Saratoga.

Fees for residents in the following zip codes are greatly reduced: 95111, 95112, 95116, 95122, 95127. This information will be verified at the time of your appointment with photo ID and a piece of mail (utility bill). Reduced fees for above zip codes include FREE spay or neuter, FREE rabies vaccine for one year, and a microchip discounted to $5. Other services are available at low-cost clinic rates.

Appointments are offered Tuesday-Friday. Drop-off is between 7:30AM - 8:30AM. Pick-up time is between 4:00PM- 5:30PM. All animals must be picked up by 5:30PM, to avoid additional fees. Please do not bring any sick or injured animals into the clinic. These animals will be declined for surgery.

Once your application is processed we will reserve the next available date. You will receive confirmation and appointment instructions within 2 weeks of your appointment. To help us better serve you, please do not call us with a duplicate appointment request. Online requests receive the quickest response.

    FREE Services for residents in the identified zip codes include, FREE spay or neuter surgery, including additional needed surgery (see below). FREE rabies vaccination, and $5 microchip. All other services are available to these clients at the rates listed below.
